Slow Soul Blues with Annette & Mosè In this class, we’ll explore the soulful rhythms of Slow Soul Blues, a subgenre that emerged in the late 1960s and 1970s, blending soul music and urban blues. We’ll focus on the 12/8 rhythm, which offers a unique triplet feel, allowing us to express fluidity and flow in our movements, both individually and with our dance partners.
