A taste of Guglionesi: Blues, tradition & panoramic views Overlooking the rolling hills of Molise and the Gargano promontory, guests will enjoy an evening dedicated to local tradition, good company and authentic hospitality, surrounded by one of the most beautiful panoramas on the Adriatic coast, accompanied by the elegant jazz and blues sounds of the Jessie Gordon Quintet. The event will take place in Via Sangro, one of Guglionesi's most scenic locations, offering breathtaking views across the Molise countryside and towards the Gargano Peninsula. A unique setting in which to enjoy great food, live music and the opportunity to meet local residents, festival guests and musicians from around the world. MENU 1 – €18 GUGLIONESI CIABOTTA One of the most representative dishes of Molise's rural tradition, prepared with onions, peppers, potatoes, courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and salt. An egg may be added after cooking for those who wish. CIAVIDELLA A traditional summer dish from Guglionesi made with tomatoes, cucumber, Tropea red onion, basil, oregano, stale bread, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Bread and wine included. MENU 2 – €18 PALLOTTE CACIO E UOVA A beloved traditional dish made from breadcrumbs, Pecorino and Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper, served in a rich tomato sauce with onions and peppers. CIAVIDELLA A traditional summer dish from Guglionesi made with tomatoes, cucumber, Tropea red onion, basil, oregano, stale bread, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Bread and wine included. A special opportunity to discover the authentic flavours of Guglionesi, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and experience the international spirit of the Good Time Blues Fest in one of the most picturesque locations in the region. Payment is collected by the ASD on behalf of Pro Loco Colleniso, which independently manages and operates the catering service.
