Cooking Class + Dinner : tradition, taste, and togetherness An afternoon with hands in the dough and heart in tradition. Together with our cook, you’ll prepare fresh homemade pasta using flours made from ancient grains grown on our farm. You'll also learn about the nutritional benefits of these special grains. After the pasta, we’ll move on to a classic of Italian desserts: tiramisu. Then it’s time to cook… and finally, to enjoy! The evening ends with a convivial dinner in the garden, by the poolside, overlooking an incredible landscape in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Together, we’ll savor the dishes prepared during the class, other specialties from Essentia, and a glass of Tintilia, the signature wine of Molise.
