Hello, my name is Marco and I am from Guglionesi. This year, I will be part of the Festival staff and I am very grateful for this. My first encounter with Blues dancing was during the first edition of the Good Time Blues Festival. What first caught my attention was the bond between the dancers in the Blues community and the positive vibes they transmitted to me. Since then, I have started traveling to other Blues Festivals, meeting new people, discovering new cultures and new points of view. I am grateful for all the richness you bring to my small town, hoping that this can open the hearts of other people as you did with mine. I love you all.
My name is Osvaldo. I have to admit that dance has never been a part of my life, but I approached Blues out of curiosity, and now it has become an integral part of me. I am not an exceptional dancer, but I have had the opportunity to meet many extraordinary people from whom I have learned and with whom I share this passion. I have attended three festivals: Porto, Turin, and Florence, where I experienced unforgettable days immersed in culture, joy, and laughter. These festivals allowed me to discover new cities and new friendships, enriching me both personally and artistically. Now I eagerly await July for the festival in our Molise in Guglionesi. I can’t wait to relive those emotions, to hear the Blues music fill the air once again, and to share all this with old and new friends. It's incredible how Blues can unite people and create such a special atmosphere. I am truly excited to be part of this community and to help bring this magic to our little corner of the world.
My name is Maria and I live in Termoli, in Molise 😊. I met Adamo and the Blues two years ago, after a challenging period for my health, and at the first signs of recovery, I made a promise to myself: "the sea and music...". In Termoli, they say: "see what the sea brings you", although I don’t know how to write it in dialect! Since then, I have been living simply and fully in the flow that Blues gives, participating in international festivals like those in Athens and Porto, and Italian ones like Florence and Turin. When I dance the Blues, I feel connected with myself 🤩 and with others 🤩, as if we are all immersed in a wonderful energetic flow. Every movement fills me with indescribable joy and makes me feel alive. Now it’s Guglionesi’s turn 💓 and I can’t wait 💓 to experience this new adventure, to feel the call of the music once again, to meet old friends and make new ones. Blues has become for me an inexhaustible source of energy and happiness, and I am excited to share this passion with all of you.
I am Laura and I returned to live in Molise a year ago after many years abroad. As soon as I arrived, I discovered the Good Time Blues and attended the Blues courses that take place throughout the year. This experience immediately made me very happy because it has an international atmosphere with high-quality courses in a town outside the major centers like Guglionesi. Dancing for me is a joy and the world of dance is full of wonderful people who share their beautiful passion and energy. Try it to believe it! Moreover, it is a universal language that knows no age, gender, or nationality limits.
Hello! My name is Cristina and, having some accommodation possibilities in the town center, every year I am very happy to open the doors to people of all nationalities who come from everywhere to populate our beautiful little town of Guglionesi on the occasion of the now famous Blues Festival. England, Hungary, Poland... these are just some of the nationalities of the guests we have had the pleasure of welcoming. A real breath of fresh air for our town that during those days becomes lively, colorful, expansive, and enriched with culture, scents, flavors, energies, and sounds that give it energy for the whole year! We can't wait to repeat the experience every time, and each year it gets better! Go Adamo and team, full speed ahead!! Let the party begin!
