Do you dance with your voice? With Alba and Beverly Have you ever used your voice as part of your dancing? What happens when we allow our voices to guide us, to deepen our rhythm, to become part of the music itself? In this unique class, we’ll explore rhythm using our voices, building a full band with just the sounds we can make ourselves. Together, we’ll discover how vocal expression can anchor our movement, enrich our timing, and connect us more deeply to the music and each other. You don’t need to be a singer, just open to exploring. We know the voice can feel vulnerable, and we’ll hold space with care and compassion. Come ready to break through a few barriers, play a little, and surprise yourself. Note: This is a voice-active class — expect to make some noise!
